* Stairs surcharge
– No lift
– No direct lift (ie. The lift’s highest level is the 19th/F, destination is 20th/F, one flight of stairs surcharge required)
– Lift undersized, piano is unable to fit into lift
– Lobby entrance has 5 or more steps
* Piano dismantling & installment surcharge
– Due to some circumstances, piano is required to be dismantled during transportation for tight stairway or undersized lift
